Moez Maredia
Born, brought up, and schooled in Mumbai, India, Moez attended the University of Houston and studied Computer science in the early ‘90s.
He worked in the hospitality and housing businesses in Mumbai, Dubai and Houston, developing and managing hotels, resorts, and residences.
Throughout his career, he attained a depth of knowledge in branding, design, management, HR, and sales. Travel Centers, technology investment, and land development were added to the mix over the last decade.
Moez is currently serving on the board of GHRA (Greater Houston Retailers Association) and as Chair of AKF Southwest USA.
He is also a Principal of MarmontHotels.com
His passions include drawing/painting, architecture, design, HR/Management, computing, and aviation.
graduated with a double major in Political Science and Communications in 1995 from Houston Baptist University suma cum laude. She attended some of the top law schools in the United States from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana to Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Momin was admitted to the State of Bar of Texas in 1999. She is authorized to practice law before the Supreme Court of Texas and all Immigration Courts. She is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA).
Ms. Momin is one of the founding partners in the law firm and she practices in all areas of immigration, business transactions including real estate and corporate acquisitions and trademark registration. Ms. Momin represents a wide variety of clients from the individual employer to multi-million dollar corporations.
Shenila A. Momin has served and continues to serve in various local community organizations and is head of the legal affairs department for Ibn Sina Foundation, a non-profit health organization in Houston, Texas.
He has done B. A with Mathematics and Masters in English Literature. He immigrated to the USA in 1972, and soon after he started his own
import business and later built, owned, and managed several retail businesses like dry cleaners, gas stations, restaurants, French bakery & café, dollar stores, etc.
He has been the first President of Pioneer Mutual Federal Credit Union, chartered in 1982, and has been one of the founders and the first
Chairman of Nizari Progressive Federal Credit Union established in 1992.
He loves to help people, take care of seniors, take care of his family, play with grandchildren, and help them with their homework. He loves
English and Urdu poetry and enjoys old Urdu and Hindi movies and songs, especially from the fifties and sixties.
